Bloody right it is abp are £3.78 for clean .AA £3.90 cows £2.55And price is dropping a lot for next week up here to.
I told the buyer up here that you lads down south were getting £4.10 .said it was the first they knew of it.....I smell [emoji90] [emoji90]
I'll check when remittance comes. That's what my boss was told and he told him you better come fetch some then.
Re: the Telford firm and lack of payment of Angus premium. Either it's a massive coincidence as the said load of cattle went 7 weeks ago or they're reading on here but had a phone call here this afternoon saying payment would be in the bank and apologizing for forgetting about it.

Store cattle, very short on numbers with only about 265 head penned sold to the dearest trade of the year, average for steers is reported at £1000 head..

Orphan lambs a flyer, top was £40 head for strong lambs but 10 day old lambs were a belter of a trade making £35 head,, Similar lambs last week at £22 head and the week before at £10 head....
Store lambs,,, A cracking entry of 3095 lambs penned sold to a flyer of a trade and most lambs up several ££s on the week, several pens over £100 head and lambs needing another 6-8 weeks on farm between £85-94 head and the very small lambs needing 5/6 months on farm were reported as being around the £3 kilo mark..
Couples, a super entry for the time of year of 49 ewes + lambs meet a trade that could well be the dearest ever seen at the market for couples, top was £275 outfit for FM doubles with FM/BM doubles from another vendor at £272 outfit, so around the £91 life, overall average is reported as around £82/83 life in this section.
No end of confidence in every ring from buyers be that cattle or sheep.
