Never very keen to buy anything when its at its highest tbh Should of got stuck in 3-4 wks ago when the smaller sorts went through a sticky patch

I always think that afterwards but whatever the trade we all tend to look for value on the day rather than filling your boots at a slack time.

I’ve just watched a video of the top run of lim bulls. Sold as either feeders or commercial breeders. There were a couple of bulls in them would have been cheap at £2k for a mortal mans suckler cows.

Yes £40 ish the better stuff they still look better value than the youngsters

Just come back from a few days on the Norfolk Broads. Lamb topping the menu in two restaurants at £19 pound which I had and in the other at £26 which was sold out. DId not see much vegan on the menu!! Plenty of steaks been consumed too.

Can’t comment but there was a lot sold early with straw price and the price stores were early doors so maybe they sold faster and such a sh!t spring I’m not saying I’m right just my thoughts

Interesting stat.UK tourists spent 62billion holidaying abroad and foreign tourists spent 28 billion coming to the UK.(2019 last available figures) Figures 2021 suggest that there will be 6/7 million people extra per day in this country at any one time this Summer as Brits stay at home. No need to think price of meat will come down due to lack of demand!! and there's 30 billion extra in the pot to spend here across all sectors.

I sold some stores which I thought were a good trade. Half of them were killed straight away
