Others 280ppk from CA Churchill; 279ppk from R Wall; 274ppk from AE Vile & Son; 273ppk from Peckmoor Farming (2x) and RW Gould; 271ppk from CA Mogford and 270ppk from AB & GR Dodgson. Heavier lambs sold to £148 from AE Vile & Son. Others £145 from Y Underwood; £139 from BAV & JE Scriven; £138 from SER Hunt; £137 from TP & JA Cole; £136 from L & A Maddock & Co and KC & JM Cooke; £133 from CA Mogford and £132 from S Clancy and DM Crossman. Of course! And they always have plenty of milk,their lambs get fat the quickest,and of the best grades..............they never go lame either,or end up on their backs.Do good Bonny heads have more lambs ??

Stirling average, 2.44, had some old ewes 90 odd £, they averaged, happy with that, all had history.

That’s where the NCM has gone wrong, chasing colour and lacking conformation, Breeders need to remember the head goes in the bin and the arse on the plate !

I agree...milk like crazy and get 2 r/u grade lambs away off grass...what more could you want!
