37.5kg (shapey lambs) £75 and 38kg £71 at Ross today. Think the scales may have been having a bad day though if you get what I mean.

Yep i can unfortunatley its not my bbq im too busy trying to repair a million year old grain drier with gaffer tape and charlie band.
Oh and i cant even have a beer in the sun as the wife is due to calve at any moment. Boo hoo.

Any how on a positive note beef is heading the right way.

Truro market lamb prices were up today maybe due to it being quieter as people are busy on harvest, I had some Charollais X Texal 44.1kgs in and they made £97, top price was £99.50 for texals. Plenty of pens in the 90's. Trade for non farm assured were in the mid 80's.

My screens badly cracked so read that as Thurso market, thought they were getting on harvesting up there.
Probably the two markets in the UK furthest apart lol
 
I don't no why people are against the grid at abp. speak as I find I prefer it. Then again I'm not sending dairy x cattle thinking they should be ko better than they are. I believe woodheads are going to a 15 point grid in 2017 and are testing the system out at the moment.
