Father always reckoned when I was a kid he would work hard until he was 40 then by then he would have plenty of money and retireI think I'm getting slower and thicker as I get older.
How did that work out for him?Father always reckoned when I was a kid he would work hard until he was 40 then by then he would have plenty of money and retire
By the time he was 40 he had bought a fair bit of land was worth more but had more debt so had to work as hard or harderHow did that work out for him?
Sad that he only lasted 63. Both my grand fathers never saw retirement, was a air traffic control (stress killed him) and the other a shepherd and cow man (milking cows killed him). Not sad really he loved doing it he wasn’t a fella that would have done it if he didn’t enjoy it
Sounds familiarSad that he only lasted 63. Both my grand fathers never saw retirement, was a air traffic control (stress killed him) and the other a shepherd and cow man (milking cows killed him).
You wanna take it a bit easier if your on for dieing early, easier said than done I know, all too easy to blow up over things but living on the edge of an explosion will kill you off!!Not sad really he loved doing it he wasn’t a fella that would have done it if he didn’t enjoy it

Had a 40+kg lamb drown itself in the water tank this morning, that fair fûcked me off but better for him to be dead than me!!
It was actually, are you watching meWas it in a big cow trough?
It wasn’t your lamb, I go round at night and dispose of of my dead on others fields. I lost 3 once in one of those troughs, they must have been stood on it and ice broke. It was actually, are you watching me
It has wire over it but he was so determined he put his head through an under

I think 7 is the right time to finish work. Long enough day and sill get an evening to do something else.I’m not so bad now have my lad at home got rid of some of the running about
There’s a hell of a lot of difference between coming in at 6 or 8 most nights instead of 10.30 to 12.30 even though it’s only a few hours a day
Aye went on the lash yesterday afternoon, too feckin hot to be doing sheep work if you don’t need toI think 7 is the right time to finish work. Long enough day and sill get an evening to do something else.
Sold off farm? at that price is great.Well done.sold for £165, think that's a fair price.
Their definition will be what fits the agenda. Highly processed plant based slop full of chemicals to make it look a bit like a chicken nugget but with a few solar panels on the roof and some trees owned by rhe company a million miles away will be called sustainable.I’d love to actually nail them down to their definition of the term “sustainable”
Yes I think we actually get more done now since we stopped the silly hours to some degreeI think 7 is the right time to finish work. Long enough day and sill get an evening to do something else.
What colour is that?? wow the grass...when will they be going to work? appear to have settled in well...nice boys
