yeah right. 200 quid lamb - 60 pound for each of the legs and 40 pound each for the shoulders leaves you trying to pay the men out of the chops and the breast. thats to kill 'em and bone 'em. If your wife came home with a leg of lamb and said she had got it at wholesale price - just 60 quid.... you'd hit her over the head with it.But there’s a huge demand for our lamb ,tastes better and they love the back story to it.
