One of the good things about the breed of sheep you have is that providing you don't feed them grain then they will not cut teeth until very late May or even June if lambed in April.
Some breeds seem to get teeth earlier than others or possibly it is what they are eating.

Mind this last week there was very little difference in the price of those with teeth!!
what difference does feeding grain make ?

They don’t seem to have taken the p1ss as much in recent years I have found, dead weight is a different story
I had one on last load that I hadn’t checked. deducted to ewe price which was £5/kg less! 5 had put them up out of the last load to go so took them to the mart, don’t think they were checking but they were a lot better than ewe price but still not as good as they would have been on the hook as standard hoggs.
