If you had known how low sugars were, you would have made more as stock feed, seeing as contract performance doesn't apply this year.
Basically on that load they have got 11t for free.
Robbing bastewards !

If your not in the haulage scheme you paid to deliver the 11t as well.

Surprised at the difference in price between 1kg of cane and 1kg of beet sugar, especially when it has to come in from abroad and still processed here.
Just shows we are a dumping ground for cheap imports.

I do agree, but we aren't in a fair fight with the likes of Monbiot, he plays dirty, every time, and when the enemy is prepared to break the rules of engagement, whilst we are abiding by such things as truth, science and honesty, then it make it very difficult to fight our corner.
Does monbiot have any qualifications that are relevant to his opinions? I suppose I ought to google, but I do wonder.

The list of wronguns who went to Oxford is pretty extensive, it guarantees a form of intelligence, but not honesty, practicality or a conscience.
Since the last time we exchanged on this topic, I have learnt that a college acquaintance is dining, singly, at hm pleasure for the most heinous of reasons. Lack of practicality of was a given (he was a government lawyer!) but it appears he has proven the absence of the other 2 character traits.

Are you growing beet next year?
Fieldsman told me that they currently expect only two thirds of this years area for next year.

Does this reflect tff beet growers plans?

I'm not growing beet unless the derogation application is successful.
