Has anyone heard the final out come of the neonic debacle???? Would the resent mild weather have helped our case.

It's sods law I'm further ahead than most years and won't have any seed for probably a month😰😰😰

When I last spoke to my fieldsman he said it was highly unlikely that the neonic dressing would be allowed.
If they don't get my undressed seed here pronto it will be too dry.

@robbie spat my dummy out and appealed my 9 loads that were done on 1 rogue sample. Probably didn’t help my cause by being rude but made me feel better.
Keep us posted on the outcome, I hope you get on better than I did.

I went ape poo poo at the fields man at the time and told him a few home truths and I was rather blunt and to the point with the factory rep who rang me to say I could appeal the decision.

My take is if we don't say it they won't know it.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Lifted some Tue, came out very well. Main man carting straight in but factory overloaded with beet with all the diverts so low letter call from now on. Open till mid April!

Look at the state of that blooming lorry, tell him he's letting standard slip and should have had the turtle Wax out before allowing his rig to be papped!!!!

The beet look well👍 I hope you have better tares than some of us others, they shouldn't be above 5-6% from the pictures

Make or break for me this year apart from small tonnage on 3 year contract ....for 2022
Originally opted for neonic treatment then went for no neonic when looked like would nt need it anyway....then Rothamstead model said low risk so wont be needed/available .......Not sure when seed will turn up ....:scratchhead: .....Drying nice no doubt when seed arrives there will be a deluge .....🙄

Got your seed yet @Breckland Boy ?
No.
Can't write on here how upset and disappointed I am.
Ordered seed without the neonic dressing to ensure drilling on time. Conditions were good last few days of February and have been OK since. I don't like missing opportunities as the next one will always feel like second best.
Fieldsman will be hearing from me tomorrow. The job is ffffuuccked.

I can’t understand why they’ve held all the seed back?
Well they are waiting for it to be primed and treated aren’t they since we know the results of the VY forecast. However this is no excuse in @Breckland Boy s case as he ordered his without cruiser at the first opportunity. I ordered some like that and mine isn’t here either. However I’m rather behind the brecks so not worried as yet.
