Best antibiotic for foot rot

I ve a couple of persistently lame in lamb ewes. What's the best antibiotic? I ve given them alymycin and sprayed with blue spray but it's not resolving the problem.i ve had success with draxxin in the past but it's very expensive from my vets

Sure it's foot rot? I've had a couple go lame 10 days or so before lambing with the only possible cause being the way the lambs sitting inside her and pressing on a nerve. Once they lambed they were right as rain.

Zactran 1ml per 25kg bodyweight.
Added benefit is that it gives 10 days cover.
If its really nasty and looks like Codd, hoof separating etc, get some Lincospectin powder from vet and dip affected foot in a 5l jug with some solution in it a few times. Will dry it up in about 3 days.
