Best email program

Have just updated PC and am looking for a new email program.
Currently using Outlook on Windows 7 machine

I was using Windows Live Mail on my W7 machine. Since swapping to W10 I had to find a replacement.

I've gone for eM Client - pretty similar and easy to use. I'd say it's a worthwhile improvement.

It's free for 2-3 email addressses I think, but they charge for the Pro version if you want more than that. I upgraded for this reason, but still run the Free version on another PC too.

I have been using Mailbird for a while now and very pleased with it. The free version will monitor 2 email address's.

EM Client is supposedly the best but after using it for a while I couldn't justify the cost over the free version of Mailbird. During the lockdown, Mailbird is releasing a lot of free add-ons for the program some very useful.

Thunderbird every time, been using it for over ten years.

Works fine for our five email accounts.

I'm still using Windows Live Mail on W10. Works just as it always did.

I find Gmail is hard to beat and just use it in browser. Do have the app on my phone and iPad. Saves messing about with programs etc

I had a mess around with various programs
Then realised that as i had installed Office 2010 from the discs i have here I had also installed Outlook
Just gone back to using that
Used it for years so familiar with it
Everything also goes to Gmail, which i use on my phone

The other good thing about using the web based Gmail is you have all of the emails including sent items on all devices, for me that is PC, phone, tablet and Chromebook.

Whatever mail client you use, they are mostly available for all devices and operating systems.
