Best foam / filler for vermin proofing grain stores

What is the best way of filling in holes in grain stores that vermin can get through. Thinking particularly of gaps around spill flashings but also small gaps more generally. In some of our stores we have a foam filler that sits between the flashing and the box profile cladding. Are there specially made bits for these or is it best just to inject / squirt something in?

Rats will chew through normally expanding foam, not sure if there is something different or perhaps squirt it in and put some broken glass bits in it before it goes off

Push some crumpled up chicken wire in then fill with foam

Employ a professional firm to do this. Have cats in some places. Just trying to do the best we can on proofing now putting down bait is getting more tightly controlled.

Problem with glass in grain stores is I'd be worried about grain contamination.

Mice love PU squirty foam, they will eat the lot out.
Yet the foam eaves fillers from the likes of Tinman Steels, they do not seem to touch.

I've got wire inside the store behind the foam fillers, just as well, the sparrows seem to love pecking the foam out!!!!

There are horses in one place which I think don't help. Chickens largely absent though. Had them near an old yard and they really didn't help matters.

Beet shreds in dry place with water close by so that rats eat shreds then drink so that shreds swell
