Best herbicide for groundsel

Over the past few years groundsel has taken hold on several of our fields due to use of flunfenacet, dff and pendimethalin products which are weak on it.
Now I am finding quite a lot in my spring wheat and spring oats. Not much other blw’s due to low disturbance direct drilling.
Anyway what’s the best product to use? Does it have to be an SU or are hormones, HBN’s better?

Has anyone got any good ideas on what to add to the autumn mix to help with controlling groundsel.
My agrii man suggested using pdm with picolinafen e.g. picona plus DFF but I'm inclined to try tower as we never had groundsel with ctu.

With the exception of wild oats and one field with mayweed I could do away with a spring herbicide if I could sort the groundsel in the autumn.

The picolinafen wont do the groundsel, and will just be a dear way to buy nasty, non-Aqua PDM. None of the autumn residuals are much kop - Lexus was the best. Am led to believe that Sumimax will do a good job, but you shouldnt mix with PDM.

The picolinafen categorically will not stop groundsel. Ive used a lot of that kind of stuff because its a good safe autumn program and a nice single can product.

As above the Ally or Harmony M option is best I tended to add MCPA if they were big. Starane XL broadens the weed spectrum but its very very slow on big weeds.

Atlantis nor Pacifica do much to groundsel.

That was my suspicion, I used to use pdm/picolinafen but dropped it for straight generic pdm a few years back because I couldn't really see what it brought to the party.

What's Simimax I've never heard of that.

Pre em on linseed isnt bad. Mesotrione works well. What was the old pre em, I remember there was cyanazine for peas, simazine for beans what was the linseed one?
That I can't remember as I grew spring linseed before we had problems with resistance and lack of chemistry. Only winter now and this is the last year for that. I meant pre em generally as it can affect a lot of plants such as cereals.
