As above what are people using? Vet said sunshine will kill it but haven’t had much of it this summer.

I dont think you need much sunshine, just time.
I have it in bought in trade steers during winter here which is pretty drab, time always clears it.
Terbinafine clears it best in humans, not sure if can go off label.
Its unsightly but ive never not had one get over it and look mint on sale day.
