Best value tractor. 40k to spend! Opinions please……

I’ve got 40k to spend, so looking for a decent tractor. Would like 50k, air brakes and possibly front linkage.
Main workload, hedge cutting, silage work ( mowing, raking, trailers etc) Baling, cultivations………

Spend £34K on a tractor and the remaining £6k on an aftermarket Autosteer kit with Isobus screen and activations.

Early 6150rs or 6125rs if a 4cylinder would do, might need another few quid though, but nice place to spend the day. Rs are almost better value for as good a tractor than 30s

Will be interesting what it makes, farm sale local one with a loader below 1000hours made £34k. Dealers not keen to fill their yards with not highly popular kit, also no big export demand for them.

I had an 11 plate n141 from new,good points ,pulled well
Bad points shît brakes,shocking range change ( had to stop to change then fight with the gearstick) pîss poor hydraulic flow.

No lovely tractor I would like it to go with these two, my cup of tea.it you think the gearbox is bad you should have used the SL dual power box on the TS 115 we had

Massey 64 series, 40k will buy a tidy 1

I think a Claas Arion 650 would be worth a look as well...
But as with all things secondhand condition is king.

30 series deere would be choice .
but do t dismiss claas 650 or 40 macs have a mint 640 60 plate can be had for a good bit less than 40

For hedge cutting ,tedding grass , spinning fertiliser handy all round work horse? Nice tractor though

Had a 7930 did all of that except the hedge cutting. Small problem of a few expensive repairs. Other than that was a good machine

I thought I bought the dearest one of those ever to be sold 2 yrs ago, for less than that, and 2300hrs.
But I haven't seen a cheaper, nicer one since, so that must be the value.
And that one looks rubbish on those wheels.
