Big Bag fertiliser dispeners

How often do you need to split a bag? I looked at them but decided it was very rare that I did, and easier just to open the top and scoop out the half bag with a bucket. Takes five minutes at most when the spreader is right beside you.

I like my VIDbag, as the granule applicator on the drill doesn't take a full bag of fert.
It's easy to use. Just stand it on the yard and lower the bag onto it. It didn't leak and easy to open and close.

I've just bought a fled bag and waiting for delivery. Aim to use it for dispensing cattle nuts into creep feeders.

I was warned away from the raimo because a lot have been sent back bit also because The nuts may bridge in the bag and the fledbag can be twisted to start them flowing again.

I've had both. The raimo I got first and it never let me down but was a bit fiddly to screw into place. I managed to break it by putting the bag down with it on. It was on stoney ground so it was a bit stupid of me TBH. I got a vidbag and I prefer it. It seems a fair bit stronger than the raimo. It's easier to use because you just lower the bag onto it. I have learnt my lesson though and only ever put the bag down on concrete now.

Current spreader wont take 3 bags of Urea. So I use on every full spreader load from the yard
I had the same problem. Bought the fertiliser spreader and it was just right for 4x500kg Lithan. Went onto Urea and it is so bulky that I could only get 2 bags in at time. The bag dispenser means I can get 2.5 bags in at a time.

3 bags AN no problem, but won't take 3 of any urea product. So dispenser has become quite important.
I only took over the fert 3 years ago, use to leave it to our tractor driver, and he didn't ever use the Raimo. Hate to think about how much time he lost not carrying an extra half+ bag each load
