Biofertiliser in Wales

I am a researcher for BBC Studios and currently doing a piece on Food Waste. We are looking for a farmer to have a very short but fun interview with.

Farmer must use biofertiliser from an AD plant, live and have a farm in South Wales and be willing to go on camera.

Why must they farm in SOUTH WALES???? Doesn't BBC Wales do interviews North of Merthyr?
