Good afternoon,

I am originally from the UK but now live in Portugal. I have recently taken over management of a bluberry farm here in the Algarve. I am hping to find another blueberry farmer on here that can advise me with some issues I currently have.

We have around 3000 bushes at approx 7 years old, this years yield was fantastic however if you look at the attached photographs around two thirds of the bushes are showing these symptoms.

Can anyone please advise me, many thanks in advance.

Short of something.
Test pH of soil and tissue sample of leaves to see what nutrients are there or not there.
Thanks for getting back to me, I put down peat and pine needles a month ago. We are starting mulching in november and going to use Manure with pine needles.

Someone mentioned blight in another forum...

Might not be relevant but my privet hedge used to go purple/yellow this time of year but has improved markedly since I've been putting FYM along the base.

Surely this is Autumn colour, blueberries are deciduous and show tints before leaf fall - we call this autumn and it is not generally a cause for concern.
