Hello all,
I had a thread on about here about small dairy herds, so because it is so hard to get milk picked up from small herd the only way to make a go at the dairy job is selling direct, Tim G has been very helpful so farm about selling his raw milk direct but I am also interested in selling Pastuerised milk so does any one know what are the regs and law on selling pastuerised milk.
Many thanks all.

@Swaley See you are in Cumbria.
Chap called Ross Patterson, (well know in the Blue world ) on the `69 between Low Row & Greenhead has gone into milk in the last couple of years on a shoestring & lots of energy. Busy putting in a roadside outlet just now, not sure of the details but a vending machine is involved.
Be worth having a chat with him
