Box section inserts

I have a load of 75mm box section steel, galvanised and then powder coated.

I have a project in mind, but do not want to weld so as to preserve the protection. I am sure I have seen hollow steel inserts for giving 90 degree angles and also a 90 + 90 for a corner piece and upstand for creating a box shape.

Can't find anything on line, and wondered if anyone has seen something suitable? The idea is to use a bolt (or rivets) to hold the steel all together.... if feasible.

I’ve not seen anything like it for 75mm, would also have to match your wall thickness. You may have to think of an alternative method I fear.

Yes. I am pondering overlap connections or similiar.

I want to make a livestock transport box, so I have a bit of flexibilty in teh build is possible
