Are those being paid recently noticing they are being changed from 'Claim Validation' online beforehand or have the RPA given up with this and it isn't relevant to being paid?

Ours showed payment pending for over a week before payment ... went through all the stages quite quickly after initial error was rectified

Bog all here. Still at claim validation. Tried calling today to our case officer. Straight to voicemail whenever I tried.

Email gone in 4 days ago and no response.

Have contact details from a bod who sent out a letter in August concerning inspection on one tiny parcel of land. Findings of which showed we have under claimed for 10 years....

Absolutely ridiculous. I went to see them at Lamma about it but of course I got no answers. They just filled in a useless form for someone to ring me. That call never came...

Had the phone call yesterday, we need to come out and check one of your fields, we satellite mapped it, but there was a cloud in the way on this one, just need to check its there and no changes. Then you should move on from 'claim validation' which then got me thinking, do the have a way of logging the times I've checked to see if the status has changed

Yes all three of us are neighbors in the pe15 area
