I maybe wrong but I think they set it at last year's rate, ages ago.

I think it is based on the £/!€ rate on September 30th each year .

AHA atleast you have a chance of making a living off sub 1000ac & not trying to farm 5000ac & look all mighty n powerful but have more money worries & cant sleep at night

Some of us have no choice. Farm sub 1000ac here mostly on fbts with machinery 1 step from the scrapyard

Maybes but ya cant grow much Maize up here unless its half an acre in the odd game plot thats about it
Slight lack of that southern land thing called +5c all year round & twice as much sunlight !!
i know there is other things grown for AD job but honestly i couldnt name one anywhere up here

i actually think u lads on FBT have as much a case for RENT reductions as it might be a harder hit surely? unless anyone who owns some land on top then its a diff story.
weither the legal side of things is right for such a change is a whole diff matter

. Doesn’t work like that sadly. Local digester would snap it up in a jiffy so few reductions down here until they are satisfied
