We have limmi cows and are surrounded by farmers with them. We can’t produce the meat fast enough for demand.
There must be a big demand for tough meat

mind you, I suppose Europeans are more about flavour and know how to cook

Not a farmer so wouldn't know. Just wanted to know if eating meat when on holiday was safe and if it was why is there a problem buying some to eat at home.
