About the cooking, each time I return to the uk I am still stunned by the amount of McDonalds, it kind of shows that largely in the uk, eating is now something similar to putting fuel in the car

The greater part of the beasts that the posh Italian restaurants don't want, in the form of mince which is sold cheap in tescos...that is apart from the mince that the burger joints in France don't use.
