We now have a really nice French arable farm.
That's risen in value massively.
More houses.
Nice neighbours.
Great food.
Higher income.
Better living standards.
Better healthcare.
Better roads and infrastructure.
Huge investments in clean energy that benefit us directly.
Stable government.
Lower inflation.

Probably not the brexit benefit brexiters wanted though?
Though they were very keen for us to leave.
You forgot pensions

So when you like it it’s factual and when you don’t it’s an opinion piece 🤣
Talk about having your head in the sand🤣

Is that Le Monde the first on the naughty step for 2024 then and we haven’t got through the first 24 hours🤣. I think we should start keeping a tally 🤣
FFS they say a week is along time in politics and the next French presidential election isn't until June 2027. A lot can happen between now and then.

Yes, it's just a question of time.
People aren’t interested in the EU, they’ve moved on, it’s now dropped out of the top most important things people are concerned about. It’s in the past, not the future. No political party has it as a policy, because it’s not a vote winner. You can spend the whole of the next year dragging out any data that could be considered negative towards the UK but it won’t make a scrap of difference.

And that’s before the fact that you’re not actually addressing the reasons why we left. That those same concerns are now shared by a growing number of EU citizens should be something to think about, not dismiss. You just demonstrate all the time how out of touch you are.
