Brian Nixon diesel tank warranty

Anyone had problems with claiming warranty work on Brian Nixon diesel tanks bought one a few years back with a 20year warranty and they have been very unhelpful with issues which we have had ,they said they would not honour any warranties not very helpful.

I believe Brian past away a few years ago now and his widow is trying to keep things going? could be wrong cant recall who told me now?

We have had warranty troubles with a pressure washer. Shocking company, spoke to citizens advice about it, the wording of there warranty makes it worthless.

delivered with no paint on bottom and bund tank rusted through and leaking

If Mr Nixon is dead I shall, as is the custom, refrain from speaking Ill of him..... But I still hope his last turd was a hedgehog.

Yes have to concur there customer service/back up was or is dreadful but I will say there electric power washers are about the best and most practical machines on the market and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another just do not pay up front. For op move on you will likely get nowhere weld it up and get on with it I,m afraid lesson learned

Sadly when he was alive they weren’t any better,I bought a genny off him at cereals and you couldn’t have wished for someone more helpful
but that’s where the help stopped
it was only advice and screws that were missing,having said that had it six years and has been excellent
