Global animal nutrition provider, the Denis Brinicombe Group, has strengthened its sales team with the appointment of animal health co-ordinator, Hayley Cook.

Cook’s new position coincides with the recent expansion of Brinicombe’s product portfolio, including the EnduraBol cattle bolus range.

An experienced transport manager with a background in equine management, Cook joins Brinicombe from Harpers Feeds, where she has worked for the past 12 years in multiple roles.

“At Harpers Feeds, I went from working in customer service, to working with raw feed materials and formulations, to managing the company’s fleet of lorries plus overseeing all products moving in and out of the business,” she said.

Having such varied experience in the animal feed sector has prepared me for the challenges in my new position at Brinicombe.

“I’ll be taking a pivotal role in the animal health side of the business, such as co-ordinating the expanding bolus ranges. It’s an exciting time for the group and I’m keen to be part of its growth.”

‘Hayley has joined Brinicombe at a crucial time’

Keith Greig, managing director at Brinicombe, says he is delighted to have Cook on-board.

“Hayley has joined Brinicombe at a crucial time, while the group is evolving its animal health product offering at pace, both in the UK and internationally.

This includes within the bolus market, which is rapidly growing for us, having teamed-up with manufacturer Rumbol Products, last year.

“She’ll be a great asset to the team in helping us co-ordinate stock movements within the company and manage the huge interest and uptake of the EnduraBol bolus range, which has been building significantly since its launch.

“I wish her every success in her new role and look forward to seeing it develop along with the growing needs of the business,” concluded Greig.
