Bruised teat ends

Hi what’s everyone do to milk a cow out with a bruised or burnt teat end due to lime on the beds , as the symptoms are they seem to go slower and slower milking out then eventually get ecoli mastitis due too over milking as they go hard too draw etc , I have just culled a cow today as it’s taking to long to milk out on one quarter , , it’s just on the very end of the teat canal any ideas how you deal with the quarter not milking out

Leave well alone,mark up well, drum it into any staff to only milk her 3/4, depending on reliabilty of staff, either tube witb antibiotic or orbeseal, keep fingers crossed that 1/4 will come back next lactation

We got those when we used hydrated lime . Only took a few days til it would affect them . We only use cubicle lime .
