Strong rumour has it one large producer left without handing in his notice and Medina are taking him to court for breaking his contract

I seem to remember arla taking large producer to court over leaving without notice and I think arla lost,but I may be wrong.it a was a few years ago. It will be interesting to see what happens with Medina.
