Building insurance

Does anyone have a ballpark figure for agricultural building insurance?
I am just starting negotiation with my landlord (who has been given a high quote imo), and wanted something to come back to him with. I tried the NFU Mutual just for an estimate but they refused (or couldn't) because I was a tenant.
The building is 75' x 60', steel frame, fibre cement roof with box profile walls and a concrete floor, about 50 years old and in good order.
Any ideas, thanks?

Standalone or part of a wider policy?
Is there a difference?
I was just wanting a ballpark figure per square foot to know whether what he already has was in line or not.
From the landlords point of view there would be three other commercial buildings to be included.

Yes, very much. I tried insuring a vehicle separately at one stage and it was many times more expensive than added onto an existing policy. I guess partly admin time etc. but also the risk/reward.

If I took out a single policy on a 1000sq.ft building, it would be quite a lot more money than adding 1000sq.ft. onto an existing policy that already covered 100,000sq.ft.
