What is the best or most robust water trough?usually turn them out to a concrete trough on the yard but with 4 bulls it takes to much time.ive seen some use pig drinkers and im wondering if they would have enough water thruogh these.they are charolais breeding bulls.

They are extendable so fit any gap and can open either end. Had two stock bulls side by side every year and all is the same as day we installed it

we do a 2'10 x 2 foot concrete drinker with enclosed service area. Pretty indestructible! The service area is covered with a heavy concrete lid which sits within the walls of the trough leaving no edges for noses to get under.
These come complete with ball valve and float as pictured.
Approx 8-10 gallon.

Ideally you should either have water troughs that the Bulls can't contaminate, or they should be sited so you can clean them out from outside the pen.

I'm keen to see where folks place water troughs in bull pens.

At the back fills with dung and with straw from the bedder, plus as @Agrivator says you have to go in to check/clean them.

I don't want them on the feed passage as it hinders scraping the feed passage with a bucket and they are kinda begging be hit by a machine.

I'm thinking somewhere on the inside of the feed gate.

Was looking at some the other day someone had made out off H gurder on it’s side and made into part of the feed Barrier welded solid to the main shed gurders
