Business identity theft

I have been made aware that my business name has been used to set up a bogus machinery sales company.
They have a website and phone number and originally had my address on the website but this has now disappeared. I was made aware because a finance company used our address to get my phone number.
Not sure how this could affect me going forward or if I am at risk.
The action fraud website asks for all details but as there has not been any money or things of value stolen they don't want to know.
Any suggestions what to do?

Set up same website again but make a small change so that yours is first. Point out next one is FRAUD in big letters. Either that or get a hacker to love bomb them
