anyone else been watching the latest TV celebrity farming programme, seems to me without knowing all the finepoints? it makes a total mockery of planning laws in the countryside ? even before the house has permission just the pond alone ? my brother wanted to dig a new pond in a field had alsorts of hoops to jump threw, from opposition from locals to the parish council etc etc ? yet here we have a programme where it looks like they dont even farm the farm themselves or have much interest in the farming side, already have one not bad dwelling to live in ? have footings in already for another one but hey hoy want to build it in a different field ? anyone care to make a comment ?
