Buy machinery now or wait until after Brexit date?

Because the Euro rate is currently .93, as speculation of no deal continues it will continue to rise possibly to .96 if a deal happens it will return to .85 fairly sharp.

If no deal happens it won’t get much worse than .96 anyhow and at worst settle at parity.

If no-deal happens, the Dollar may well equal or even exceed the value of the Pound, which will be on a par with the Euro.

Its not so much for that reason I would delay, but because it might eliminate your whole livelihood and business. No business means that you have no need for machinery. Well, maybe some gardening stuff for a window box in your new Council flat.

Does that mean you will be living next door to Yale on one side and myself on the other?
PS As long Baldrick stays on Anglesey it’s ok: don’t mind living in a council flat but don’t want the sort of noisy neighbours who board up their windows and leave settees in the garden......

It’s the getting considerably dearer bit I’d like to avoid however it’s committing to a large chunk of money now which I’m not too keen on.
That's the cost of taking the chance now. Are you going to be in a better position to commit a possibly larger chunk of money later?
