It all depends what they have done for the first 7000 hours. We had a 7618 on hire for the last month with 7000 hrs and it’s been the biggest ball ache ever.Hi all, looking at getting a cheapish 180-200hp tractor. Farmer phil got over 28-000 hours on his spreader bar tractor some contractors prefer to run older tractors on that job,The 697 has done 10500,it be staying for spreading work until it’s uneconomic to keep it going. The 650 Arion is low hours ,just gone 7000
I see no point at all having a £100k tractor getting covered in shitee. The 697 owes me nothing so can carry on spreading until is uneconomic to repairFarmer phil got over 28-000 hours on his spreader bar tractor some contractors prefer to run older tractors on that job,
For tractor to get high hours it needs to have been looked after, go to a tractor scrap yard lots of tractors in there getting broken for spare's with with a lot less than 10,000 hours on themI think it is one thing taking a tractor you know is good and well maintained to high hours, and another buying an unknown high houred machine.
