Cab cleaner

Use correctly diluted all purpose cleaner (i.e. G101). Spray it on, leave it work for a few moments, then wipe off with a microfibre cloth. For stubborn grime (i.e on the pedals), use a softish scrubby brush, agitate it after applying the cleaner. Wipe off with microfibre cloth.

If you apply these sorts of materials to plastics in too concentrated a solution, or you allow it to dry on, it will cause them to fade. Better to have it too weak than too strong. It might also take the decals off your buttons etc if you aren't careful. For the controls, screens and other more delicate bits you may be better off with a more gentle dash and trim cleaner from an automotive supplier.

You won't beat a proper glass cleaner for the windows. Spray on, wipe with one side of the cloth, turn over and buff until clear with the 'clean' side. Voila.

Are @ColinV6 & @Robert K still the Forum guru's on machinery cleanliness or have any others stepped up to the plate?

I like to think I’m still up there.

All autoglym products on here, I find chrome leaves a shiny finish on the trims which isn’t a good look.

however the chrome air freshener spray is lovely. A blast every few days keeps it smelling lovely.

Seat cover is taken off for clean work, it’s on 90% of the time. Seat is pristine underneath it. No shine on the leather either.
