Calf shed sliding doors

A wee winter project I’ve just got round to fitting up -

IMG_1462.JPG

Can open and close both sides of the sliding door to set the right air flow into the calf shed depending on the weather.

2 x 8x4 sheets of 9mm stock board inside runners on the door frame.

The doors 16ft by 9ft 6”

She's a big door for the silver bath! Do you just lift the stockboard bits up and down?

Aye it was too big[emoji85] had to split the door in half and it’s bolted together now.

Yeah just slide it up by hand. Fairly easily. Wouldn’t want to be a short fella trying to lift them up thou[emoji23]

great work and great idea. Something i need here, shed airflow and vast temperature fluctuations really play havoc here ,one day all doors on sheds open next everything needs barricading off because of drafts and end up with stuffy sheds.
