Calf umbilical anything like this???

Has anyone ever seen this, sent pic to vets and they suggested hernia/gut intestine but they don't really think it is.

Calf up and suckling 2hr after born.
Only 3hr old now

Looks like a hernia...it needs sorting asap or it’ll get infected
