Capital Allowances Tax claims for 'specialised silos' and 'storage facilities'

✅ Have you ever heard of Capital allowances tax relief?

This incentive is relative to commercial property owners (and in your case- specialised silo/storage facility owners)

Until 2019, these types of buildings wouldn't have qualified for the relief scheme.
That was until Stephen May took HMRC to court, fought his case, and won!🤑

Main take away: If you own any specialised silos, potato storage facilities, operational bunkers etc then you should speak with a Capital Allowances specialist about the idea of making a claim.

I can put you in touch with a few as it's not something that your accountant would typically cover.

Thanks,
Karen
