Have you ever heard of Capital allowances tax relief?

This incentive is relative to commercial property owners (and in your case- specialised silo/storage facility owners)

Until 2019, these types of buildings wouldn't have qualified for the relief scheme.
That was until Stephen May took HMRC to court, fought his case, and won!

Main take away: If you own any specialised silos, potato storage facilities, operational bunkers etc then you should speak with a Capital Allowances specialist about the idea of making a claim.
