And where would that leave NCE mkt? Great destination for a mart, but parking is a 'challenge' and local objections to livestock being kept overnight will become an issue.

Call me a cynic but it could be offered to them by the council to get them out of Emlyn?? It wouldn't be a bad swap for ND I would have thought as what is the capacity of Emlyn, 300 cattle?

That site must be worth a million or two for development? No more people moaning about noise and traffic on mart days. Win win for most maybe?

Llandysul managed to run for a good number of years before the move to NCE. I certainly won't be travelling 45mins+ with calves to Carmo.
