If it will be run as well as Emlyn has been then, allowing for scale, it should be a great success - and good breakfasts too... :)

But, and loath the phrase though I do... the 'elephants' in the room are speed of payments and tolerance of dealer cabals... we'll see. 🤞
In Emlyn they have your cheque available to pick up at the next mart or it’s in the post the day after that. As for the dealers there’s been a few quarrels amongst them which is always good for the sellers. I don’t know what they’ll do about the Thursday mart as it clashes with Emlyn and I doubt they’ll have staff to man both marts.

yes emlyn pay in a very timely manner I hope they can keep that up in Carmarthen after the recent debacle

That's my point, in re cheques, a reliable system; that wasn't the case in Carmarthen. Thursdays will change or be 'interesting'...
