Case 4230 PTO Problem

Hi My Case 4230 with shuttle gearbox has developed a problem were it would start the PTO spinning as soon as I started engaging the lever to the point now were it is constantly engaged now, could this be adjustment (if there is any) or is the clutch damaged?

Check your Pressure. Sounds like plates have warped.
