Case cvs pto

Hi we’ve got a case cvx that had the roof left open. The fuse board under the steering wheel got wet ,the tractor pulled up red SGR code and would not drive. Had the board repaired it now drives but now has Amber SGR code and pto and spools won’t work ,any ideas?

Go into the error code screen and see what codes come up on the eccu section

Had hydraulic recalibrated and seems e fine now .
