Case maxxum 140 hydraulic coupling problems

Hi, ive posted on here before and successfully got to the bottom of issues so here goes.

Maxxum 140 with electric spools. If i use spool 1 for front links or trailer etc it with drop links or trailer in neutral possition and fill the oil spillage bottle below spool couplings slowly.

Is there seals that can be changed inside the couplings or any ideas much appreciated?

This is what i have found but unsure if this is leaking oil can it run back to overflow bottle?
