Case Puma 200 - error code 2387

Good morning, our Case Puma 200 has developed a fault, it won't go into reverse.
It shows Error Code 2387 and a cog symbol (transmission?)
Can anyone shine any light on this problem, please?

Do i need to replace whole lever? Or what do i need to do?

I don’t know I just found the code,I’d say neutral stuck in or wire broke.
