The IAE hurdles are fine but not the strongest. No experience of Ritchie. I've a set of hurdles from GST fabrication (Google them) which are built to last and weigh almost twice as much as an IAE hurdle.

Iv bought the 1830 high iae ones. Impressed with them. I also have some of the 1500mm ones and they are spot on for younger cattle.

Most makes are made from steel so thin that the galvanize is thicker than the steel and just rips apart at welds, in my opinion very dangerous for people using them. Seen IAE just fall apart, but others just as bad.

Can’t comment on IAE. Have a set of Ritchie ones that were part of the mobile handling system we purchased. Very happy with them. Well made, good finish and strong and robust.
But our cattle are all pretty quiet. No mental Limo’s here 🤣🤣🤣

Problem is with hurdles is if you don’t need to lift them with the loader there not strong enough but makes setting up a pain

I find the opposite.
The lighter ones tend to be made of high tensile steel and far less prone to bending than the older style heavier ones.

GST Fabrication mentioned above . Have got their stuff and well made and good firm to deal with, would recommend.
IAE are a pain to deal with and very long lead time unless someone has stock items.
Ritchie's and Bateman also strong but GST would be my first choice.

How are your hurdles lasting @Optimus ?

Looking at lightweight cattle hurdles, the only ones I can find are Kellfri and possibly Wise Ag

Any others worth considering ?
