World's first is a bit of a claim ha ha. If you are interested then I can put you in touch with company here that can offer this same technology. They work with the council in Essex who use trackers and virtual fencing to manage livestock on unfenced grazing land.
is this the same company who has put virtual fencing at Woolacombe as in Epping Forest?

friend work there and said works well for single fixed blocks of grazing ,but didn't think it would be advanced enough for cell grazing and have to dig in boundary wires was not be fun on large farms.
