Their 2 wheelers certainly are... Know of scooters that don't make the first MOT. Mind, knowing the average 16 year old, that might be a factor....Kymco bikes are utter trash

Whose the local Dealer? Charlies??Yes. CF Moto is the UK trading name for Quadzilla.
It says as much on the website I linked to above (scroll down to the bottom).
How much is it costing to change with how many miles/ hours? The big ATV franchise in the south west of Scotland has recently started importing and selling another brand of Chinese bike (can't remember name) , because they have admitted to losing so much business to the CF moto dealer that they had to do something. Have a 625 and a 520 here which are the 4th and 5th CF moto's we have had. Having been Honda ,Kawasaki and Can-am previously, I can say that the CF moto's are 100% the best value for money bikes we have ever owned. Indeed I would say the 520 is probably my favourite bike ever. Change them at 2 year old though so no experience of long term durability.

Dude, get one bought if you're so keen
I'm happy with my Suzuki
100%There’s someone by Oswestry, another by Bridgnorth and another at Kington, according to the website. I’ve spoken to Kington but haven’t had dealings with any of them.
Considering how many are supposed to be getting sold, I’d have expected to see more dealers in Wales.
I might do yet, but like the new CanAms too. Cheap’s not much good if it means unreliability on a machine you depend on every day, so still watching closely.
In your previous post you seem to have ruled them out on the basis that it couldn’t tow much. They seem to have addressed that now?
To be fair, they do seem to be updating and improving them every year. Maybe needed to?
Can’t say I’m a can am fan , the two that the estate had both fell to bits rapidly an didn’t fetch a very good trade In price , ironically they went back to Hondas apart from two shepherds one a Yamaha the other a Suzuki
These were 2017 bikes both lasted two years , my old Honda was a wreck when it left but we still got good money for herCanAm were bomb proof 10-12 years ago imo, but have been living off that reputation for a few years while the bikes have got poorer.
New model looks better again, but it needs to be.
Cheap is usually cheap for a reason.
Granted, the main brands you can end up paying for a (long since gone) reputation like with the Honda or you pay for the name like Yamaha... but the 4-5 main brands are all a much of a muchness IMO and each bike comes down to personal preference and local support.
Kymco are weak, and Quadzilla had to relaunch as CFmoto because they'd gotten such a bad name for themselves.... a bit like Bombardier coming back as CanAm.
As CF get better and close the gap on the big brands, the prices will follow (just like CanAm have done)
I had noted before that the 625 had a larger tow capacity but I am unconvinced I need a bigger bike to do what my 500 will do easily (with very good fuel consumption!) - it certainly doesn't notice the loaded snacker behind it going up steep hills, even though it's only 38hp
I will add I still have the old diesel - and feeding the lambs currently I'm using it on the snacker but only going to the closest fields to the steading (because I'm lazy and means I don't have to take the snacker off to go check/shift the ewes etc ) Once I start feeding the ewes and hauling out to the hill it'll be back on the Suzuki..

Il be honest my 2020 Honda 420 wasn’t as good as the 2014 oneI had a 2018 CanAm 570. I traded it in early as I daredn't run it outside warranty.
I should have kept the 500 I'd had before!
It's the increased towing capacity of the 520 I referred to. Even lighter/less powerful/more frugal than a Suzuki 500, maybe. Only 34hp, which I might notice if I went from a 69hp CanAm. Not that I need that much, but nice to have sometimes...
The 625 CF Moto isn't 625cc, they've just used the number to make it sound better. Probably comparable in weight & power as a Suzuki 500, and less of a cost saving as comparing Suzuki to the 520?
There are dealers in Harlech and one not far from Denbigh so they would cover N.WalesThere’s someone by Oswestry, another by Bridgnorth and another at Kington, according to the website. I’ve spoken to Kington but haven’t had dealings with any of them.

Tidy looking.Hard to believe it’s almost 2 years from I bought my 450.
it has been great, only one small problem and I had parts to sort in two days.
noticed the deals on Black Friday week and decided to upgrade.
was very happy with trade in price given and decided to jump two models to a 625
Only got it home last night and it hasn’t stopped raining since so haven’t done much, but so far it seems to be 0 to limiter in about 3 Seconds
There is a work mode for a more sedate response

Full metal frame under the plastic top cover, the plastic has quick lock holes on it for accessories , but the main rack under is very strong,What would the rear rack on a cf moto be like for putting a Rappa fence winder on? I’ve never seen one in the flesh but from pictures it looks to be plastic, would it stand having one on most of the winter?
