Cfp and discussion groups

The time of year has come for our discussion group to have its cfp meeting. Last year was my first year for this group. I was surprised when got to meeting that 30% farms at meeting had not entered their figures. They had a sheet with averages of the group include top at bottom figure for each ledger. Farms that had contributed had all other contributors figures.
Of course these got spread across the tables for everyone to see.
My personal feeling is if people are not happy to share their figures with group then they shouldn't attend the meeting. I respect the many reasons people may not wish too share sensitive information.
All members contribute well at other meetings, I don't wish to split the group.
So if similar happens at next meeting which I believe will do. Should I: 1 say nothing go along with things as they have done before. 2 truck my toys out the pram grab my figures and storm off. 3 suggestions please?

We have the agreement that if you dont put your figures in then you are not eligable to attend that particular meeting.
It is not fair on those that put figures up, good or bad, if it is open to others that dont have the balls to participate.
I would express your concerns to the co ordinator and state that you are not willing to participate if it is open to everyone. I am sure there are others in your group that will have the same thought and happy that you bring it up,

Best costing meeting we had was 18months ago when nearly everyone was making a loss. We’ve not put our figures in now as we’re the only organic and it’s not a clear comparison. As we’re a mixed farm it was always tricky to portion out beef from dairy etc especially young stock costs. We would still be involved if conventional but only those with figures put in would see the numbers.
