I’m not watching the show but…

Are the (prospective) tenants expected to be involved in ‘looking after’ / managing the beavers?

If so, who will be pocketing the revenue from the many visitors that will be willing to part with substantial sums of cash to have a ‘guided tour’ of the beaver habitat?

I get the feeling when they review the finalists there's already a decision made before the final interview

Felt for the couple knocked out tonight
I think it’s a bit like a viva exam. They have reviewed the business plan and made a provisional decision. At the interview you might go ‘up’ a grade ie you can stay, if you have interviewed well but they probably don’t chuck you out as a result of the interview alone.

They have made it clear they expect some changes to the business plans for those have got through first interview. Good test for their flexibility as well as correcting errors.
